Our Team
Our holiday camps are led by a dedicated team of experienced educators and specialists who are passionate about creating safe, engaging and quality learning experiences for children.
All staff are fully qualified teachers, trained teaching assistants or skilled specialists with relevant coaching or teaching backgrounds. Each team member goes through rigorous background and reference checks and trained to meet our high standards in safeguarding and teaching. For every camp season, your children will have:
Camp Manager
The Camp Manager oversees the daily running of the camp and venue, ensuring activities are fun, well-organised and safe. They are the main point of contact for families throughout the camp.
Camp Education Manager
A senior teacher from our schools who oversees pastoral care, safeguarding and the quality of teaching across all holiday camps.
Camp Nurse
Our qualified nurses have experience working with children in international school settings. They conduct daily health checks and provide first aid, administer medication and offer medical care when needed.

James Midgley – Camp Education Manager & IB Chemistry Teacher
With over 15 years of international teaching experience, a BSc (Honours) in Chemistry, and Head of Year 12 at the Australian International School, he brings a wealth of expertise and passion to supporting children both academically and personally. James ensures the safety and enjoyment of every camper. He is also the creator of the popular YouTube channel ‘Mr M 4 Chem’.
