Prior to booking, parents of children with special needs are requested to contact the Camp Asia Office to discuss how we can best accommodate their child and determine whether any special arrangements need to be made.
Child exclusion
On rare occasions, if a child is deemed incompatible with the overall well-being and safety of the camp environment, Camp Asia reserves the right to exclude the child. Some examples include bullying, disruptive or aggressive behaviour, undisclosed special or language needs, or not being potty-trained for full-day camps.
No refunds will be issued for any remaining camp programme or bus days. Any costs related to the child’s exclusion, including transport home, will be the responsibility of the parent.
Parent feedback
At Camp Asia, we strive to provide the highest standard of care for all campers. We encourage parents to share positive experiences with others and we welcome any concerns or suggestions to help us improve our camp experiences.
Concerns should first be raised with your child’s Teaching Assistant. For more serious issues, the Camp Asia Site Manager will be informed, who will escalate the matter to the Camp Asia General Manager. We will work to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
