Ages 6-8, 9-11 and 12-16
Welcome to our kitchen, where culinary adventures await and young minds thrive in an atmosphere filled with creativity, teamwork and camaraderie.
Young chefs will explore a variety of creative, kid-friendly recipes while learning essential kitchen skills and discovering new flavours. Cooking, baking and mixing together encourages teamwork and friendship, helping campers to build confidence in and out of the kitchen.
The week concludes with a special cooking showcase for parents, celebrating the campers’ tasty creations.
Our Teachers

SHIH ERH: Head Chef
With more than 30 years of experience in the food and beverage industry and 12 years of teaching experience, Chef Shih Erh brings a wealth of expertise to every kitchen. She conducts cooking classes for first-time home cooks to professional kitchen teams. She also teaches children from kindergarten through secondary school for CCA cooking and baking electives.

ZETI DAVID: Head Chef
With over 25 years in the food & beverage industry and more than 13 years of teaching experience, Chef Zeti has previously worked with renowned hotel groups such as The Village Hotels, Millennium and Copthorne, and The Meritus Group, gaining extensive experience in F&B operations and sales. She also co-owns two food outlets in Bali, Indonesia.

CHERMAINE WONG: Head Chef
Chermaine is a Certified Wilton Method Instructor who further advanced her skills through Squires Kitchen training and masterclasses in cake sculpting, royal icing, and artisan bread. From bean-paste flower cakes to traditional nonya kueh, her repertoire continues to grow.
