Designed for children and adults alike our interactive cookalong will be led by Chef Tim who will be showing you how to cook a beautiful 2-course meal.
Open for all children aged 6 and up*, this cookalong is fun for the whole family. 
 *Adult supervision is required

Our Mother's Day Lunch Recipes are designed to serve 4.  
We recommend parents take the time to prepare and weigh out the ingredients with their children befor the class and have the necessary equipment ready at hand. This is also a great way to familiarise your children with your pantry and get them excited for the cookalong!
 
Pan-fried Salmon with Wilted Spinach & Potato Rosti
*can be substituted with chicken for non-seafood options or Portobello Mushrooms for vegetarians 
 
Ingredients:
Canola Oil
4 portions salmon fillet with skin, approximately 175 grams each
1 lemon
700 grams spinach leaves, rinsed and dried
50 grams shallot, minced
8 russet potatoes
30g potato flour
2 eggs
White pepper / table salt / sea salt
Sour cream and lemon wedges to serve (optional)
 
Equipment: 
Non-stick frying pans
Palette knife (optional)
Plating spoons
Baking tray, lined with paper towels
Heat-safe bowl
Zester
Grater Plate lined with paper towels
Vegetable peeler 
 
Chocolate Lava Cake
 
Ingredients:
100g dark chocolate
100g butter and extra for greasing
80g plain flour
2 egg
2 egg yolk
60g brown sugar
50g cocoa powder
1 pinch of salt
Mixed berries
Icing sugar to dust
Vanilla ice cream to serve fresh 
 
Equipment:
4 ramekins or you can use a muffin tray
Pastry brush
Whisk Mixing bowls
Stove/pots
Sieve
